The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 看完了想给《爵迹》系列多加点分，整个审美、造型跟爵迹简直异曲同工，女演员都变得非常木讷，尤其是女主，看不出来狼家二少为啥都钟情她，让人怀疑这两位都是资深yellow fever，还有多种肤色多种信仰、LGBT，甚至包含聋哑人的选角和角色背景真的政治正确到可怕，我还是去等待爵迹3吧……
看完《永恒族》之后，我倒是没有察觉到很多国内评论所说的导演赵婷对于《西游记》故事的参照和指涉，更多地感觉到这部漫威新序列的作品倒是没有那么差，但是我们也的确能感到导演所尝试的努力以及在商业和艺术之间左右摇摆的无力。《永恒族》首先是不同于以往的漫威电影的，它拥有更慢的节奏和对人物个更细腻地刻画，但同时它也摆脱不掉漫威电影的娱乐属性，并且散发出一种难以掩饰的过于”政治正确”的命题作文一般的感觉。《永恒族》是对于超级英雄电影一种新的尝试，只不过我们很难说它是成功的。
前半段越看越莫名其妙，后来感觉好像没那么难看了，但是把广岛那段作为低评分的理由不太理解，如果我没记错的话毛主席应该表达过类似的人类共同的敌人是军国主义这个话吧？说出"原子弹下无冤魂"这种话的人是不是看见🇯🇵地震会拍手叫好的类型
史上最差漫威电影没跑了，赵婷参与的这个剧本老套无聊，连拍也拍得那么无聊，文戏冗长重复无节奏（一定要展现去找每个人的过程吗？），打戏平庸不出彩，加上选角不正确，表演灾难，可以说是一部糟糕至极的电影了，这位文艺片导演目前看来完全不能掌控商业大片，让人失望。而且朱莉真的不适合演配角，她站在那里就是主角，给她安排这么一个角色，怎么看怎么奇怪，让本来表演质量很差的片子又多了一环让人如鲠在喉的不适感
为倭寇二战罪行喊冤？烂片！罩挺 恶心香蕉人！骂羞 腐累薄 恶心二代杂交鬼子！
抛开文本，画面的塑造还是很棒的。一种全新的视觉风格有意凸显与以往角色的不同。
看完不能说难看，毕竟是MCU中的一环。……看的过程就有点煎熬，无非是这么点事，非要塞进这么多东西，而且出现影视剧最忌讳的事儿，用大量对白俩交代和解释前世今生。……本来就是个群戏，还有大量的闪回，最后的片尾把地球上的古文明往永恒族身上生搬硬套，不觉得有多么好，貌似《变形金刚5》，就因为这个被诟病和吐槽。……2个彩蛋，一个是灭霸弟弟出场，一个是刀锋战士声音出场。……片中引入了DC漫画人物超人和蝙蝠侠。……剧本不好，影片的节奏是硬伤，明明可以做一个爽片，导演却非要故作深沉，结果影片找不到自己的风格，也找不到漫威的风格，却有了渣导的暗黑风格。……影片中夹杂的冷幽默，尬死了。……DC不拍超人，漫威拍了一个。
分两次看完。好漫长的乏味，味同嚼蜡。罗里吧嗦。政治正确的资本游戏。神仙来了也难解救这套路和繁琐，并不是说精简一点儿有多好。
看完极具争议的《永恒族》，4.5星 90分

就这真的用得着请安吉丽娜朱莉吗？还是说她只是来领养其他所有人的？
拍的很不错了，在漫威电影里减少了插科打诨加入了一些爱的解读和深层次的情感也挺有趣的，甚至也悄然了加入了赵婷浪迹天涯的一些个人元素，但有些政治正确的表达做的是不好，可避免或者更好的表达没必要这样，大概这个意思。女战神的能力个人最喜欢，各种武器随手变化。局限题材以及时长只能蜻蜓过水的了解下不同人物的性格，之于商业片这个类型做的中规中矩文武戏份平衡的不错，算是顺利交作业了。还有一点就是不管怎么样这类巨型IP的商业电影肯定或多或少有些傻，这种傻体现在就是具体的人文景观、历史思考这些，而明显赵婷也无法权衡这些，所以说她离一个可以把玩风格且融入商业的导演还很远，只能用顺利交了作业这样的形容去比如这部电影的直接观感，在漫威这首巨大的航行船船上，导演的风格被堙灭只剩下点点波光罢了。
嘉玛·陈在电影里很有魅力，但是瑟希差点意思，在行动上随俗浮沉了些，时常像个旁观者，让我有时觉得像是《魔戒》中的佛罗多，但过于强大而失去其受磨难时韧性的光辉。
隔行如隔山，赵导演还是回头做你的艺术家吧。

且不说这里面的政治幼稚病问题，这情节我是真看睡了。
全程我都在想导演可太爽了吧全世界跑着拍，卡司还包含了我花痴多年的gemma chan（不过她表演比较underwhelming，太克制了）和jolie，且没有任何大油子。羡慕。之前以为是个throwaway，现在看来是漫威的下一个大团体哎，居然这么信任她！anyway这种budget这种IP，居然还是能拍出不少自己的味道，我对她前一部的厌恶减轻了不少。没想到居然还挺适合拍这种商业大片的。整体很饱满，喜欢多元设定。节奏不拖沓，只是不着急而已。对我个人来讲可看性远高于传统超英。
2.8星。龙王说没看懂，我觉得文戏太多太长没意思，打戏又单调无聊得主角们个个弱鸡的样子。永恒族之间的爱，永恒族与人类的爱，永恒族心中的宇宙大爱和使命之“爱”，导演太文艺了不是错，把这股文艺劲倾倒在爆米花漫威电影上，就有点食之无味弃之可惜了。
好多细节好笑。两个印度人太搞笑了。亚裔女主长得可看，特效太拉垮，朱莉好美。故事有些逻辑硬伤。
这哪里史诗宏大了啊，就是一正常的超英片的模样。无聊段子莫名尬笑，以往的漫威该有的全有了。另外漫威上映前能不能说一下嘉玛陈是主角，她真的完全撑不起来一部片。
