During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 珍惜眼前人，好好活下去

开头兴趣锚建立的不是很自然，过程中对角色心态的侧写也因为没啥代入感而显得低幼。
“所以我决定了，要爱这个人生久一点。”小清新治愈片吧，男主的颜好像泰剧耽美男主（不是）有个这么可爱的青梅竹马还说什么没人爱你啊八嘎！
叙事方式独特巧妙，剧情很顺畅，层层递进，中间穿插的无厘头也很日式，基调相对轻松但是主题却略带悲观。男主小林真觉得这个世界上没有人在乎他的感受于是便觉得活着没有意义，实际上并不是没有人爱他，只是他忽略了所有人对他的爱。死神让小林真以第三者的视角重新认识了他周围的人也重新审视了自己，也让他更明白活着的意义。
这是我见过最生猛的奶奶：满嘴脏话、怒怼神父、杯子扔孙子、曾用刀扔儿子，两周两箱松子酒兑水喝、一言不和就给人一拐子、指导孙子的着装调侃他没有女人、每次她拿下垂的眼睑看着任何人的时候我都能想象出年轻时的她是多么独立和优秀。
死人纯爱竟然能拍这么烂也不容易。本片唯二意义：家人得了绝症的话千万不要相信号称包治百病的骗子；理发的时候不要乱动不然会有血光之灾。女主生病后的描述很少，有点心理波动还是两次冲着嫂子出气……演技也不行，发病前把天真活泼心直口快演得像是智商情商都不太正常。女主发病后故意远离了男主，导致他俩之间互动很少。人生病了果然还是家人靠得住啊。哥嫂人设好演技好描写多，撑起了整部电影。男主失恋以后专心搞事业倒是没错，中岛老师演技凑合，比他演那些B king角色观感好多了。最后相见不相识的桥段其实有点刻意，按说女主身体那么差了，她哥哥不可能让她自己步行去摄影展的。
新西兰的环境点赞，还领略了毛利人的风俗
电影全程都在我的意料之中 但是谦杜的演技真的很好啊
女主我还以为是海伦米勒！叛逆期的青年和孤僻的奶奶在同一屋檐下生活的故事，戏剧张力足够，人性和情感的挖掘略显不足
奶奶喜欢看日出 最后一行人依偎着奶奶旁边等待死亡的到来 这个镜头太震撼了
评价的人很低。有人会觉得闷吧。的确，话题是老话题，几代人的误解和和解。自我毁灭倾向的少年，对亡妻和儿子怀有热忱但不知所措的父亲，以及，这个一骑绝尘的奶奶。其实主创演职员里面少了那个必然的润滑环节→护士。有空我其实想单独开辟一张写写这里面我所见到的小细节。哈哈。又立flag了。先评价一波吧。白马演的最好。哈哈。
日本片就喜欢讲大道理, 封面我还以为是个妹子.
全程折服于奶奶
这类设定的电影还是拍成动画比较好，不然那个管理者和旁白岀现还是有点出戏。故事想讲的还是挺好
比想象中的更加平淡。除了兰普林奶奶，基本上没啥可看的。
比预想中要好，原以为是部日式的，甜腻腻的爱情片。后来才发现是部虐恋，而且时间还是如此之长，当中的日式元素多到刻意，有种拍给外国人看的感觉，也难怪奈飞会选他。
生病真的是太惨了 不想看苦情的 可以只看前35分钟（
也许这就是青春期吧。作为老大爷的我觉得主角的世界真的太拧巴了，社会不会那么单纯的，也没有太多人会在意你的想法
片如其名地土，古早死人纯爱套路。情节铺陈过长，配角塑造明显强于主角，若月佑美的妆造十分清丽。
